Note: the free 30-day trial was a limited-time offer and is no longer available. The trial sections below remain here for anyone who installed a trial build while it was offered. Sections 1, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 govern all purchased licenses.

By downloading, installing, or using AnimKit (the "Software"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Software.

1. License, not sale

AnimKit is licensed to you, not sold. During the free trial you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and evaluate the Software on your own workstation for 30 days. A paid license purchased from ArtStation (or another authorized channel) grants continued use according to the tier you bought — 1-Year, Perpetual, or Studio.

2. Anonymous usage analytics — free trial only

During the free trial only, AnimKit collects anonymous usage data to help us improve the Software. Specifically:

• which tools you use and how often;
• error reports (the tool name and the error type);
• your Maya version, operating system, and trial day.

It does not collect your name, email, files, scene data, file paths, or any personal information. It is tied only to a random install identifier. You can turn it off at any time in AnimKit → Settings. The moment you activate a paid license, all analytics stop permanently — paid installations never phone home.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• resell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or otherwise share the Software or your license;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or structure of the Software;
• extract, copy, or reuse any part of the Software, its code, or its assets in any other product or for any other purpose;
• remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
• use the Software to develop a competing product.

4. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Software — including its code, algorithms, interface, icons, and documentation — are and remain the exclusive property of NasrTech / Mohamed Nasreldeen. No rights are granted to you except the limited license described above.

5. Trial limitation

The trial runs for 30 days from first launch on your machine. After it ends, the Software may stop functioning until a valid license is activated.

6. No warranty & liability

The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NasrTech is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach any of these terms. On termination you must stop using and delete the Software.
