This Privacy Policy explains how NasrTech (“we”, “us”) handles
information in connection with the mobile application DocFlow Scanner
(package com.docflow.scanner, the “App”). By using the App, you agree to
the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
a) Content you create (stays on your device)
Documents and images you scan or import, the text extracted from them by OCR, and any translations, signatures, or exported files (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images) are saved in the App’s private storage on your device. This content is not transmitted to NasrTech servers. We cannot see it.
b) Information collected automatically (diagnostics & usage)
To keep the App stable and understand which features are used, we use Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config). This may include:
- App usage events described only by feature names and counts (for example, “a PDF was exported”, “OCR ran”, number of pages) — never the content of your documents, OCR text, file names, or translations.
- Crash diagnostics: stack traces, app version, device model, operating-system version, and a randomly generated installation identifier.
- General device and app information (such as language, country/region, and app version) used by Google’s SDKs.
Our analytics are designed to carry only categorical and numeric values. They are not used to identify you personally and never include document content.
c) Purchases
If you buy a Pro subscription, the transaction is processed by Google Play Billing. We receive your subscription status (active / not active) so we can unlock Pro features. We do not receive or store your card number or payment details — those are handled by Google.
d) Device permissions

2. How OCR and translation work
Text recognition (OCR) runs on your device: Latin/English via Google ML Kit and Arabic via Tesseract. Translation runs on your device via Google ML Kit for supported languages; the required language model may be downloaded once from Google. Your scanned text is not sent to our servers for on-device translation.
Layout-preserving “translated PDF page” output keeps your document structure only approximately; it is not a pixel-perfect reproduction.
3. How we use information
- To provide and operate the App’s features.
- To fix crashes and improve stability and performance.
- To understand which features are used so we can prioritize improvements.
- To deliver and validate your optional Pro subscription.
We do not use your documents or their content for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell personal information.
4. Third-party services
The App relies on the following Google services, each governed by Google’s own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase — Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Google ML Kit (on-device OCR & translation) — developers.google.com/ml-kit/terms
- Google Play Billing & Google Play services — policies.google.com/privacy
5. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Diagnostic and usage data is shared only with the service providers listed above, acting on our behalf to operate the App. We may disclose information if required by law.
6. Data retention & deletion
- Your scans and files: stored on your device until you delete them in the App or uninstall the App. Uninstalling removes the App’s local data.
- Diagnostic/usage data: retained by Google for the periods described in Firebase’s documentation, then deleted or anonymized.
To request deletion of diagnostic data associated with your installation, contact us at the email below and include your request; we will act on it where technically possible.
7. Security
Your documents remain in the App’s private, sandboxed storage on your device. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect data handled by the App. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s privacy
The App is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International users
The App is available globally. Diagnostic and purchase data may be processed by Google on servers located in other countries under their respective safeguards.
10. Your rights
Depending on your region (for example, GDPR in the EU or CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because your document content stays on your device under your control, you can manage or delete it directly in the App at any time. For diagnostic data, contact us using the details below.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice within the App or on this page.

توضّح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيف تتعامل NasrTech (”نحن“) مع المعلومات
المرتبطة بتطبيق DocFlow Scanner (المعرّف com.docflow.scanner،
”التطبيق“). باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضّحة هنا.
1. المعلومات التي نجمعها
أ) المحتوى الذي تنشئه (يبقى على جهازك)
المستندات والصور التي تمسحها أو تستوردها، والنص المستخرَج منها عبر الـ OCR، وأي ترجمات أو توقيعات أو ملفات مُصدّرة (PDF وWord وExcel وPowerPoint وصور) تُحفَظ في مساحة التخزين الخاصة بالتطبيق على جهازك. هذا المحتوى لا يُرسَل إلى خوادم NasrTech، ولا يمكننا الاطّلاع عليه.
ب) معلومات تُجمَع تلقائيًا (التشخيص والاستخدام)
للحفاظ على استقرار التطبيق وفهم الميزات المستخدمة، نستعين بخدمات Google Firebase (التحليلات وتقارير الأعطال والإعداد عن بُعد). وقد يشمل ذلك:
- أحداث استخدام موصوفة فقط بأسماء الميزات والأعداد (مثل ”تم تصدير PDF“ أو ”تشغيل OCR“ أو عدد الصفحات) — دون أي محتوى لمستنداتك أو نص الـ OCR أو أسماء الملفات أو الترجمات.
- بيانات تشخيص الأعطال: تتبّع الأخطاء، إصدار التطبيق، طراز الجهاز، إصدار نظام التشغيل، ومعرّف تثبيت يُولَّد عشوائيًا.
- معلومات عامة عن الجهاز والتطبيق (مثل اللغة والدولة/المنطقة وإصدار التطبيق) تستخدمها أدوات Google.
صُمِّمت تحليلاتنا لتحمل قيمًا تصنيفية ورقمية فقط، ولا تُستخدَم للتعرّف على هويتك ولا تتضمّن محتوى المستندات أبدًا.
ج) المشتريات
عند شراء اشتراك Pro، تُعالَج العملية عبر فوترة Google Play. نستلم حالة اشتراكك (نشط / غير نشط) لفتح ميزات Pro فقط. لا نستلم أو نخزّن رقم بطاقتك أو بيانات الدفع — تتولّاها Google.
د) أذونات الجهاز

2. كيف يعمل الـ OCR والترجمة
يعمل التعرّف على النص (OCR) على جهازك: اللاتيني/الإنجليزي عبر Google ML Kit والعربي عبر Tesseract. وتعمل الترجمة على جهازك عبر Google ML Kit للغات المدعومة، وقد يُنزَّل نموذج اللغة المطلوب مرة واحدة من Google. لا يُرسَل نصك الممسوح إلى خوادمنا عند الترجمة على الجهاز.
مخرجات ”صفحة PDF مترجمة“ تحافظ على بنية المستند بشكل تقريبي فقط، وليست نسخة مطابقة تمامًا.
3. كيف نستخدم المعلومات
- لتقديم ميزات التطبيق وتشغيلها.
- لإصلاح الأعطال وتحسين الاستقرار والأداء.
- لفهم الميزات المستخدمة وترتيب أولويات التحسين.
- لتفعيل اشتراك Pro الاختياري والتحقق منه.
لا نستخدم مستنداتك أو محتواها لأغراض إعلانية أو لإنشاء ملفات تعريف، ولا نبيع المعلومات الشخصية.
4. خدمات الطرف الثالث
يعتمد التطبيق على خدمات Google التالية، ويخضع كلٌّ منها لسياسة خصوصية Google الخاصة بها:
- Google Firebase — التحليلات وتقارير الأعطال والإعداد عن بُعد — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Google ML Kit (الـ OCR والترجمة على الجهاز) — developers.google.com/ml-kit/terms
- فوترة Google Play وخدمات Google Play — policies.google.com/privacy
5. مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية أو نؤجّرها. تُشارَك بيانات التشخيص والاستخدام فقط مع مزوّدي الخدمة المذكورين أعلاه نيابةً عنّا لتشغيل التطبيق. وقد نُفصِح عن المعلومات إذا تطلّب القانون ذلك.
6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
- مسحك وملفاتك: تُحفَظ على جهازك حتى تحذفها من التطبيق أو تلغي تثبيت التطبيق. إلغاء التثبيت يزيل بيانات التطبيق المحلية.
- بيانات التشخيص/الاستخدام: تحتفظ بها Google للمدد الموضّحة في وثائق Firebase، ثم تُحذَف أو يُزال تعريفها.
لطلب حذف بيانات التشخيص المرتبطة بتثبيتك، راسلنا على البريد أدناه، وسننفّذ ذلك حيثما كان ممكنًا تقنيًا.
7. الأمان
تبقى مستنداتك في مساحة تخزين التطبيق الخاصة والمعزولة على جهازك. نطبّق تدابير تقنية معقولة لحماية البيانات التي يعالجها التطبيق. لا توجد وسيلة تخزين أو نقل إلكترونية آمنة بنسبة 100%، ولا يمكننا ضمان الأمان المطلق.
8. خصوصية الأطفال
التطبيق موجَّه للجمهور العام وليس موجَّهًا للأطفال دون 13 عامًا (أو الحد الأدنى للعمر المطلوب في بلدك). ولا نجمع عن قصد معلومات شخصية من الأطفال.
9. المستخدمون الدوليون
التطبيق متاح عالميًا. وقد تُعالِج Google بيانات التشخيص والمشتريات على خوادم في دول أخرى وفق الضمانات الخاصة بها.
10. حقوقك
حسب منطقتك (مثل GDPR في الاتحاد الأوروبي أو CCPA في كاليفورنيا)، قد تتمتّع بحقوق الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، والاعتراض على معالجات معيّنة أو تقييدها. وبما أن محتوى مستنداتك يبقى على جهازك وتحت سيطرتك، يمكنك إدارته أو حذفه مباشرةً من التطبيق في أي وقت. ولبيانات التشخيص، راسلنا عبر البيانات أدناه.
11. تغييرات هذه السياسة
قد نُحدِّث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من حين لآخر. سنُحدِّث تاريخ ”آخر تحديث“ أعلاه، وفي حال التغييرات الجوهرية سنُنبّهك داخل التطبيق أو على هذه الصفحة.
