This Privacy Policy explains how NasrTech (“we”, “us”) handles
information in connection with the mobile application Hamli — حملي
(package com.hamliapp.hamli, the “App”), a pregnancy tracking and
education app. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
a) Health & pregnancy content you enter (stays on your device)
Everything you enter in the App is saved in the App’s private storage on your device and is never transmitted to NasrTech servers:
- Pregnancy dates (last menstrual period, expected due date) and week progress.
- Your answers to the personalization questionnaire (name, age range, health conditions, feelings, goals, height/weight, twin pregnancy, and similar).
- Symptom journal entries, weight log, kick-counter records, hospital-bag checklist, and weekly tasks.
- Your journey archive (past pregnancies and their outcomes) and postpartum data.
- Emergency contact numbers you save (doctor / hospital).
We have no servers holding this content, no user accounts, and no way to access it.
b) Information collected automatically (anonymous usage analytics)
To understand which features help users and improve the App, we use Google Firebase Analytics. By design, our analytics events carry behavior only — never health content:
- Feature-usage events described only by names and counts (for example, “a week was viewed”, “the kick counter was opened”, “a weight entry was saved”) — never the values or text of your symptoms, weight, dates, or journey outcomes.
- General device and app information used by Google’s SDK (such as device model, operating-system version, language, country/region, app version) and a randomly generated installation identifier.
Examples of what we deliberately do not log: symptom text, weight values, blood-pressure readings, pregnancy outcomes (birth or loss), health conditions, or anything identifying your medical situation.
c) Purchases
If you buy the optional Premium subscription, the transaction is processed by Google Play Billing. We receive your subscription status (active / not active) to unlock Premium features. We do not receive or store your card number or payment details — those are handled by Google.
d) Sharing features (you stay in control)
The App can prepare a weekly message for your partner and can share a link to the App with friends. Sharing happens only when you tap the share button, through your device’s standard share sheet, to the app you choose. Nothing is shared automatically.
e) Device permissions

2. How we use information
- To provide the App’s features on your device (tracking, reminders, education).
- To understand which features are used so we can prioritize improvements.
- To deliver and validate your optional Premium subscription.
We do not use your information for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell personal information. The App contains no third-party ads.
3. Third-party services
The App relies on the following Google services, each governed by Google’s own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase Analytics — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Google Play Billing & Google Play services — policies.google.com/privacy
4. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Anonymous usage data is processed by Google Firebase on our behalf as described above. We may disclose information if required by law — though in practice we hold no health content to disclose, because it never leaves your device.
5. Data retention & deletion — you are in full control
- Your health and pregnancy data: stored on your device until you delete it. The App’s Settings include “End current journey” (archives it locally), and “Erase everything permanently”, which wipes all App data including the journey archive. Uninstalling the App also removes all local data.
- Data export: Settings let you export a copy of your data (JSON) to your clipboard at any time.
- Anonymous usage data: retained by Google for the periods described in Firebase’s documentation, then deleted or anonymized.
To request deletion of analytics data associated with your installation, contact us at the email below; we will act on it where technically possible.
6. Security
Your data remains in the App’s private, sandboxed storage on your device, protected by your device’s security (screen lock, encryption). We apply reasonable technical measures in the App; no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Medical disclaimer
Hamli provides educational and awareness content only, based on guidance from reputable health organizations. It is not medical advice, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and never replaces consultation with your doctor. Always seek professional medical care for decisions about your pregnancy.
8. Children’s privacy
The App is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International users & your rights
The App is available globally. Anonymous diagnostics and purchase data may be processed by Google on servers in other countries under their safeguards. Depending on your region (for example, GDPR in the EU), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because your health content stays on your device under your control, you can view, export, or delete it directly in the App at any time. For analytics data, contact us using the details below.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice within the App or on this page.

توضّح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيف تتعامل NasrTech (”نحن“) مع المعلومات
المرتبطة بتطبيق حملي — Hamli (المعرّف com.hamliapp.hamli،
”التطبيق“)، وهو تطبيق لمتابعة الحمل والتثقيف الصحي. باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافقين
على الممارسات الموضّحة هنا.
1. المعلومات التي نجمعها
أ) المحتوى الصحي ومحتوى الحمل الذي تُدخلينه (يبقى على جهازك)
كل ما تُدخلينه في التطبيق يُحفَظ في مساحة التخزين الخاصة بالتطبيق على جهازك، ولا يُرسَل أبدًا إلى خوادم NasrTech:
- تواريخ الحمل (آخر دورة، الموعد المتوقع للولادة) وتقدّم الأسابيع.
- إجاباتك على أسئلة التخصيص (الاسم، الفئة العمرية، الحالات الصحية، المشاعر، الأهداف، الطول/الوزن، الحمل بتوأم، وما شابه).
- سجل الأعراض، سجل الوزن، سجلات عداد حركة الجنين، قائمة حقيبة المستشفى، والمهام الأسبوعية.
- أرشيف رحلاتك (حالات الحمل السابقة ونتائجها) وبيانات ما بعد الولادة.
- أرقام الطوارئ التي تحفظينها (الطبيب / المستشفى).
لا توجد لدينا خوادم تحمل هذا المحتوى، ولا حسابات مستخدمين، ولا أي وسيلة للوصول إليه.
ب) معلومات تُجمَع تلقائيًا (تحليلات استخدام مجهولة الهوية)
لفهم الميزات التي تساعد المستخدمات وتحسين التطبيق، نستخدم Google Firebase Analytics. صُمِّمت أحداث التحليلات لدينا لتحمل السلوك فقط — لا المحتوى الصحي أبدًا:
- أحداث استخدام موصوفة بأسماء الميزات والأعداد فقط (مثل ”تمت مشاهدة أسبوع“ أو ”فُتح عداد الحركة“ أو ”تم حفظ قياس وزن“) — دون القيم أو النصوص لأعراضك أو وزنك أو تواريخك أو نتائج رحلاتك.
- معلومات عامة عن الجهاز والتطبيق تستخدمها أدوات Google (مثل طراز الجهاز، إصدار نظام التشغيل، اللغة، الدولة/المنطقة، إصدار التطبيق) ومعرّف تثبيت يُولَّد عشوائيًا.
أمثلة لما لا نسجّله عمدًا: نصوص الأعراض، قيم الوزن، قراءات الضغط، نتيجة الحمل (ولادة أو فقد)، الحالات الصحية، أو أي شيء يعرّف حالتك الطبية.
ج) المشتريات
عند شراء اشتراك بريميم الاختياري، تُعالَج العملية عبر فوترة Google Play. نستلم حالة اشتراكك (نشط / غير نشط) لفتح ميزات بريميم فقط. لا نستلم أو نخزّن رقم بطاقتك أو بيانات الدفع — تتولّاها Google.
د) ميزات المشاركة (أنتِ المتحكمة دائمًا)
يمكن للتطبيق تجهيز رسالة أسبوعية لشريكك، ومشاركة رابط التطبيق مع صديقاتك. تتم المشاركة فقط عندما تضغطين زر المشاركة، عبر نافذة المشاركة القياسية في جهازك، وإلى التطبيق الذي تختارينه أنتِ. لا يُشارَك أي شيء تلقائيًا.
هـ) أذونات الجهاز

2. كيف نستخدم المعلومات
- لتقديم ميزات التطبيق على جهازك (المتابعة والتذكيرات والمحتوى التثقيفي).
- لفهم الميزات المستخدمة وترتيب أولويات التحسين.
- لتفعيل اشتراك بريميم الاختياري والتحقق منه.
لا نستخدم معلوماتك لأغراض إعلانية أو لإنشاء ملفات تعريف، ولا نبيع المعلومات الشخصية. ولا يحتوي التطبيق على أي إعلانات.
3. خدمات الطرف الثالث
يعتمد التطبيق على خدمات Google التالية، ويخضع كلٌّ منها لسياسة خصوصية Google الخاصة بها:
- Google Firebase Analytics — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- فوترة Google Play وخدمات Google Play — policies.google.com/privacy
4. مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية أو نؤجّرها. تُعالَج بيانات الاستخدام المجهولة عبر Google Firebase نيابةً عنّا كما هو موضّح أعلاه. وقد نُفصِح عن المعلومات إذا تطلّب القانون ذلك — مع أننا عمليًا لا نملك أي محتوى صحي لنُفصِح عنه، لأنه لا يغادر جهازك أصلًا.
5. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها — التحكم الكامل بيدك
- بياناتك الصحية وبيانات الحمل: تُحفَظ على جهازك حتى تحذفيها. تتضمّن إعدادات التطبيق خيار ”إنهاء الرحلة الحالية“ (يؤرشفها محليًا)، وخيار ”مسح كل شيء نهائيًا“ الذي يمسح كل بيانات التطبيق بما فيها أرشيف الرحلات. كما أن إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق يزيل كل البيانات المحلية.
- تصدير البيانات: تتيح لك الإعدادات تصدير نسخة من بياناتك (JSON) إلى الحافظة في أي وقت.
- بيانات الاستخدام المجهولة: تحتفظ بها Google للمدد الموضّحة في وثائق Firebase، ثم تُحذَف أو يُزال تعريفها.
لطلب حذف بيانات التحليلات المرتبطة بتثبيتك، راسلينا على البريد أدناه، وسننفّذ ذلك حيثما كان ممكنًا تقنيًا.
6. الأمان
تبقى بياناتك في مساحة تخزين التطبيق الخاصة والمعزولة على جهازك، محميةً بأمان جهازك (قفل الشاشة والتشفير). نطبّق تدابير تقنية معقولة داخل التطبيق؛ ولا توجد وسيلة تخزين إلكترونية آمنة بنسبة 100%، ولا يمكننا ضمان الأمان المطلق.
7. إخلاء المسؤولية الطبية
يقدّم تطبيق حملي محتوى تعليميًا وتوعويًا فقط، مبنيًا على إرشادات جهات صحية موثوقة. وهو ليس نصيحة طبية، ولا يشخّص أو يعالج أي حالة، ولا يغني أبدًا عن استشارة طبيبك. اطلبي دائمًا الرعاية الطبية المتخصصة في قرارات حملك.
8. خصوصية الأطفال
التطبيق موجَّه للبالغين (18+) وليس موجَّهًا للأطفال. ولا نجمع عن قصد معلومات شخصية من الأطفال.
9. المستخدمون الدوليون وحقوقك
التطبيق متاح عالميًا. وقد تُعالِج Google بيانات التشخيص والمشتريات المجهولة على خوادم في دول أخرى وفق الضمانات الخاصة بها. وحسب منطقتك (مثل GDPR في الاتحاد الأوروبي)، قد تتمتّعين بحقوق الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. وبما أن محتواك الصحي يبقى على جهازك وتحت سيطرتك، يمكنك عرضه أو تصديره أو حذفه مباشرةً من التطبيق في أي وقت. ولبيانات التحليلات، راسلينا عبر البيانات أدناه.
10. تغييرات هذه السياسة
قد نُحدِّث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من حين لآخر. سنُحدِّث تاريخ ”آخر تحديث“ أعلاه، وفي حال التغييرات الجوهرية سنُنبّهك داخل التطبيق أو على هذه الصفحة.
