Safe Pregnancy Guide — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Android app “دليل الحمل الآمن أسبوع بأسبوع” (“Safe Pregnancy Guide”, package ap3909261.niw, the “App”), published on Google Play by Nasr for graphic / NasrTech (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information we collect

We collect nothing ourselves. The App has no user accounts, no sign-in, and no backend of ours: we do not receive, upload, store, or share your information, and we have no technical means of accessing it.

The only data processing that involves anyone other than you is the advertising described in section 3.

2. What the App stores on your device

To follow your pregnancy week by week, the App lets you enter and track:

• Your dates: the first day of your last menstrual period, or your expected due date, used by the pregnancy and due-date calculator.
• Kick counter: the fetal movements you record each day.
• Symptom log: the notes you write down to review later with your doctor.
• Preferences: small settings such as night mode.

All of it is calculated on your device and saved only in the App’s own private storage there. It is never uploaded to us or to anyone else, is never used for advertising, and is never sold or shared. There is no cloud backup and no sync between devices — which also means that if you lose or reset your phone, the information cannot be recovered by us.

Its articles, calculator, kick counter and danger-sign section do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or monitoring, and they are not a substitute for your doctor or midwife. If you notice any warning sign, contact your healthcare provider immediately.

3. Advertising and other third parties

The App is built and published with the AppCreator24 platform, and it shows ads served through that platform and its advertising partners, including Google AdMob. Ads are what keep the App free.

To show and measure ads, the ad provider may collect and process information such as your advertising ID, device and app information, coarse location inferred from your IP address, and ad-interaction data. This passes directly between the ad provider and your device — it does not reach us in a form that identifies you, and none of the pregnancy information described in section 2 is ever sent to advertisers.

Whenever the App loads any file over the network — an ad, or a display resource such as a font — the provider of that file receives the basic technical information every web request carries, such as your IP address and device or browser type. No account data and no health data are included.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information, because we do not collect any.

You can read how Google uses advertising data in Google’s partner-sites policy. To limit personalised ads, reset or delete your advertising ID, or turn on “Opt out of Ads Personalisation”, under Settings → Privacy → Ads on your Android device. Where required by law (for example in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland), a consent prompt is shown before personalised ads are served, and you may change your choice at any time.

4. Device permissions

The App requests no sensitive permissions — no location, contacts, camera, microphone, health-platform access, or access to your files.

5. Data retention

We do not store or retain any user data. We operate no servers or databases for this App, so no copy of your information exists on our side — nothing is retained by us for any period of time, and nothing is archived or backed up by us.

The information you enter is retained on your own device only, for as long as you choose to keep it. It stays in the App’s private storage until you delete it, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App — at which point it is removed from the device permanently. You are always in control of how long your data is kept.

Any data collected for advertising (section 3) is retained by the ad providers under their own retention schedules — see Google’s Privacy Policy and its data-retention page. We have no access to and no control over that data.

6. How to delete your data

Because your data lives only on your device, you can delete all of it at any time, permanently, without asking us:

1. Delete individual entries in the App — you can edit or remove any kick-count session, symptom note, or date you have entered.
2. Delete everything at once — open your Android Settings → Apps → دليل الحمل الآمن → Storage & cache → Clear storage. This erases all of the App’s local data, including your dates, kick counts, symptom log and preferences. The action is immediate and cannot be undone.
3. Uninstall the App — uninstalling removes the App together with all of its local data from your device.
4. Delete advertising data held by Google — reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads, and use Google My Activity to review or delete activity associated with your Google account.

Deletion requests by email

You may also send a deletion request to support@nasrtech.dev with the subject “Data deletion request — Safe Pregnancy Guide”. We will reply within 30 days. Please note that since we hold no personal data about you, our reply will confirm that there is nothing on our side to delete and will guide you through the on-device steps above.

7. Children’s privacy

The App is intended for pregnant adults and their families. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children. Because the App serves ads, ad requests are configured to comply with Google Play policies and applicable children’s privacy laws (such as COPPA and GDPR-K) where they apply. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will act on it.

8. Security

Your information remains in the App’s private, sandboxed storage on your device, protected by your device’s own security (screen lock, encryption). We transmit no data of our own; ad traffic is sent directly to the ad provider over an encrypted connection. Because there is no account and no server, there is no remote database of yours to breach.

9. Your rights

Under laws such as the GDPR and CCPA you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. Because all of your data stays on your own device, you can exercise every one of these rights directly and immediately — view and edit it on any screen, and delete it as described in section 6. 10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If a future version of the App adds anything that affects privacy, this policy will be updated and the “Last updated” date revised before that version is released.
