Account Deletion Request
Users of the NasrTech Dental Suite app can request deletion of their account and the data associated with the app by email.
How to request deletion
Send your request to our support team at the following email address:
Required information
So we can verify the account, please include the following details in your request:
- The email address used for the account.
- The phone number linked to the account.
- The account name or username.
- The name of the clinic linked to the account, if any.

Processing time
Account deletion requests are usually reviewed within 7 to 30 business days after we receive the required information and verify the account.
Records that may be retained
The clinic or system may retain some records if they are required for medical, legal, or regulatory purposes, or to keep a record of visits and appointments. We will delete or disassociate any data that there is no legitimate need to retain.
Payments
No payment takes place inside the patient app. Any amounts or financial transactions take place at the clinic or outside the app according to the clinic's policy.
