What data do we collect?
The app may collect the following data depending on how you use the service:

- Appointment data such as the date, time, appointment type, and request status.
- Chat messages between the patient and the clinic.
- Medical images uploaded by the patient within the app.
- Visit summaries and services recorded by the clinic.
- The device's notification token used to deliver alerts.
- The link between a patient's account and a specific clinic via the clinic code or QR code.
How do we use the data?
We use the data to operate the app's services, including managing booking requests, displaying appointments, facilitating communication with the clinic, showing visit summaries, and sending notifications related to appointments or visits.
Payments
The patient app does not include an electronic payment gateway. Any payments or financial settlements take place at the clinic or according to the payment method the clinic uses outside the app. The app records information such as payment status and the amount paid only when the clinic records it.
Firebase Services
NasrTech Dental Suite relies on Google's Firebase services for sign-in, data storage, sending notifications, and improving reliability. These services are subject to Google's security and privacy policies.
Data Sharing
A patient's data is visible to the clinic their account is linked to so the clinic can manage appointments, communicate, and record visit summaries. We do not sell user data. We may share limited data when needed to operate the service or to comply with regulatory requirements.
Data Retention
We retain data for as long as it is required to provide the service or as needed by the clinic for medical and administrative records. Some records may be kept for a longer period if required for medical, legal, or regulatory purposes.
User Rights
You can request to access your data, correct it, or delete your account by contacting us. Some requests may require verification of your identity or review by the clinic linked to your account.
