Privacy Policy

Information you provide directly. When you email us, submit a contact request, or sign up for a product, you provide information such as your name, email address, and message. We use it only to respond to you and to deliver the service you asked for.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery providers automatically log technical information such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, the pages you visit on this site, and the date and time of your visit. This is standard server-log data used to operate the site and prevent abuse.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. Product purchases are processed by Gumroad, ArtStation, Google Play Billing, Apple App Store, or similar third-party processors with their own privacy policies.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies for a few purposes:

• Strictly necessary cookies are used to operate basic site features (for example, remembering your language preference or keeping a tool's state during a session). The site is fully usable without them.

• Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics 4 on most public pages to measure aggregated traffic (which pages are read, which tools are used). For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland these stay off unless you consent.

• Advertising cookies are used by Google AdSense and its partners to serve ads on parts of this site — see the next section.

We use Google AdSense, an advertising service provided by Google LLC, to display advertisements on the blog, the free tools and some product pages. Ads are not shown on legal pages, the contact page, or checkout pages.

We do not control which ads are shown, and we do not receive personal data from advertisers through these placements. Google and its partners may collect or receive information from this site through cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, personalization where permitted, and fraud prevention. This website and our public marketing pages are hosted and delivered by industry-standard providers, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Vercel — website hosting and content delivery.

• Google Fonts — web fonts loaded on some pages.

• Firebase / Google Cloud — used by some of our apps for app authentication, push notifications, or storage. The relevant product privacy policy explains exactly what is stored where.

• Google AdSense — advertising on some public pages, as described above.

• Google Analytics 4 — aggregated traffic measurement on most public pages. Nothing you type into a tool, and no file you open in one, is sent to it.

• Vercel Web Analytics — cookieless page-view counts.

• Google Ads conversion tag — on the AnimKit page only, to measure purchases that follow an ad.

• Gumroad and Google Play — checkout for our paid products. Payment details go to them, never to us.

• Affiliate links — a few articles and tool pages link to products (currently Mangools and pCloud) that may pay us a commission. These links are marked and disclosed where they appear.

Each NasrTech product application has its own dedicated privacy policy (linked from its store listing and from the product's marketing page) that explains exactly which third-party services that app uses.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. Support emails are typically retained as long as needed to provide ongoing support. Server logs are rotated by our hosting provider on a short cycle. Advertising and analytics data are retained by the relevant third-party provider for the periods described in their own policies.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

• Correct — ask us to fix inaccurate data.

• Delete — ask us to delete personal data we no longer need.

• Object or restrict — ask us to limit how we use your data.

• Withdraw consent at any time for any processing that depends on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, write to support@nasrtech.dev. We respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.

Your account. If you create an account at nasrtech.dev/account, Google Firebase Authentication stores your email address, your name, how you sign in (Google, password or an email link) and, with Google, your profile photo. Passwords are handled by Firebase; we never see them.

My details. Anything you add under “My details” (name, country, preferred language, WhatsApp or phone, what describes you, Maya version) is stored on our server and used only to answer your support requests and recommend the right tools. Product news is sent only if you tick that box, and you can untick it at any time; we keep the date you agreed.

Purchases. When you buy through Gumroad, Gumroad tells our server about the sale (product, price, date, subscription status and your email) so we can show it in your account and send licences.

Support tickets. Messages you send through the support page are stored with your name and email so we can reply. Replies are drafted with the help of an AI assistant and checked and sent by Mohamed Nasreldeen.

Deleting your account. Use “Delete my account” under Sign-in & security. It deletes your sign-in account and your saved details. Support tickets and purchase records stay linked to your email because we need them for support, licences and accounting; to have those removed too, email support@nasrtech.dev.
