Privacy Policy
RoomGlow is an Android app by NasrTech that redesigns rooms, houses and gardens from a photo you choose. This page says exactly what the app collects, why, and how to delete it.
What we collect
The app collects the photos you choose to redesign and the records needed to run your credits. It never asks for your name, email or contacts.
- Photos you choose. When you start a design, the app sends that photo, and any words you type for it (for example 'add a rattan chair'), over an encrypted connection to our server (Google Cloud) and to our AI image provider, Higgsfield, only to create your design. An automatic safety check looks at the photo before the design starts. We delete the photo and the result from our servers within 24 hours; the provider may keep its copy for about 7 days before deleting it. We never sell your photos, never use them for advertising and never use them to train AI models. The finished design is saved to your phone's gallery.
- An anonymous account. The app creates an anonymous account (Firebase Authentication) with no name or email, so your credits and purchases belong to this installation.
- Credit and design records. Our server (Firebase Firestore) keeps your credit balance, your purchases' Google Play order IDs and purchase tokens, and a short record of each design (tool, style, time, finished or failed) so a failed design can be refunded.
- App integrity check. Firebase App Check asks Google Play whether a request comes from the genuine RoomGlow app on a real device, to stop abuse of the design service. It sends no personal data.
Google services built in:
- Firebase Analytics records app events — for example that the main action finished, that the price screen was opened or that a purchase was made — as short codes and counts, with your device model, Android version, language and country and an app-instance identifier Firebase creates for this installation. When a purchase fails, the event also carries the Google Play Store version, which app installed this one and whether it runs in a second profile or a cloner app, so payment problems can be told apart from app bugs. Events never include what you type or your files.
- Firebase Crashlytics records crash reports (device model, Android version, an installation identifier and a technical stack trace) so faults can be fixed.
Both are optional: switch off Settings › Share anonymous usage data and the app sends no usage events and no crash reports from then on. See Firebase privacy.
Ads
There are no ads and no advertising SDK in the app.
Purchases
Weekly and yearly plans and credit packs are sold through Google Play Billing. We never receive or store your payment details. To add your credits, our server sends the purchase token to Google Play to confirm the order and keeps the order ID and token with your anonymous account. Manage or cancel a plan in the Google Play Store.
Permissions
- Internet — to send the photo you choose to our server, to confirm purchases with Google Play and to send the usage data described here.
- Storage (Android 10 and older only) — to save your finished designs to the gallery. Asked the first time you save; Android 11 and newer need no permission for this.
- Google Play Billing — to show prices and complete purchases through Google Play.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
